Cancellation policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to help you.

Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item to us from the date of receipt.

For faster and better customer service, please notify us by email (vanessa@outfit-compass.uk) about the items you wish to return before shipping the package.

Refunds
Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return.
If your return is approved, we will arrange a refund to the original payment method.
You will receive the credit within two weeks.
